We will focus on teaching the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements and correct improper form and technique. In addition, we will cover a broad range of excercise techniques and progressions for Olympic lifting, Gymnastics, Rowing, Kettlebells, Combatives, and Nutrition. Once your technique is "on point"- you can continue with our programming or go back to your own routine.
